Joseph Belger

Joe Belger is the Director of New Jersey Operations for Hudson United Title.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts and has been in the title insurance business for over 20 years, joining Hudson United in December 2013.  Joe’s experience encompasses sales, marketing, examination, closing, escrow, post-closing, policies, and accounting.  Joe’s knowledge of sales and production provides a valuable asset to growing our New Jersey agency.

Anthony Arace

Early in his life, Anthony decided he wanted to be a real estate professional, which has since led him to become well-versed in the industry and develop a passion for helping clients meet their housing needs.  Upon his beginning as a licensed realtor in 2011, Anthony started his career as an agent for Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty in White Plains, NY.  After noticing an efficiency for working alongside attorneys, loan officers, and realtors, Anthony decided to pursue a career in the title industry.  Upholding a strong integrity and an unwavering work ethic, Anthony has closed numerous transactions since entering the title business three years ago.  As Anthony is now a member of Hudson United Title Services, he plans to use his previous experience to bring the best service possible to his co-workers and clients.

Randi Rosen

Randi Rosen has had a successful career in the title industry for the past eight years.  She began her career as a title closer before transitioning to title sales.  Randi worked as a title representative, covering several branch offices of a leading real estate brokerage firm.  She also hosted small gatherings for attorney and real estate agent introductions, eventually becoming a valuable asset to the businesses of real estate agents and real estate attorneys.  She looks forward to bringing her extensive knowledge of the title industry to Hudson United.

Laurie Feltmann

Laurie joins Hudson United with over 20 years of personal insurance experience.  Her expertise is working with clients to assess their risk, address their concerns, and compiling together a comprehensive insurance program that meets their needs, assuring that their assets are well protected.

Chrissie-Ann Donahue

Chrissie-Ann Donahue joined Hudson United in June of 2015.  She has over five years of experience in insurance, where her main focus has been on the personal-lines aspect of the industry.  Whether she is assisting clients through the new-purchase process or helping existing clients improve on their current coverage, Chrissie-Ann’s goal is to make the experience as seamless as possible.

Clarisse Taber

Clarisse is from Brazil and has been in the U.S. for nine years.  Before joining Hudson United Title, Clarisse was a realtor in Essex County, NJ for three years.  Prior to becoming involved with real estate, Clarisse worked in the event-planning industry.  She has been with Hudson United Title since December 2015 and enjoys the work environment and her colleagues.  Clarisse is most proud of her attention to detail and learning something new every day in her profession.

Joseph Micalizzi

Joe is a transaction coordinator for Hudson United Mortgage.  He is currently learning about the industry and working towards his NY and NJ Mortgage Loan Originator License.  He is proud to say he works with a great team and looks forward to starting his career in lending.

Fiordalisa Cruz

Firodalisa “Lisa” has worked in the mortgage industry for 15 years, where her experience has been in the processing department.  Lisa’s goal is to reach maximum productivity levels and be as knowledgeable as possible, in order to inform her clients of the best options available to them in this forever-changing industry.  Lisa is very efficient and effective, which allows her to process applications in as little time as possible.

 

James Coombs

James has been in the title industry for 29 years, and is now going into his third year with Hudson United.  He has covered all areas from examining to closing, and James is now the head of underwriting and clearance.  He works efficiently to provide quality service and to make this business more than just a title company.  James is thankful for the opportunity the Rand family has given him to work with them, and he enjoys dealing with his clients on a day-to-day basis and moving the title process forward to closing.

Ilene Weiss

 

Ilene worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years, and was with Hudson United for five and a half.  While she mostly works in accounting now, Ilene did many tasks in insurance, such as dealing with quotes, cancellations, and binding policies.  Ilene enjoys helping her clients and making sure everything runs smoothly so her customers receive the best experience possible.

Jerry Crapis

 

Jerry has been an attorney of law since 1988 and works as a settlement agent for closings at Hudson United.  Jerry’s goal is to keep his customers fully informed and satisfied when purchasing a home, and he’s always available to help them understand the title process.  Jerry strives to make real estate transactions into a comfortable experience and give his clients the time and attention they deserve.

Stacey Harding-Summers

 

Stacey has been in the title industry for 13 years and has been a part of Hudson United since December 2015.  She has experience in many fields within title, including searches, closings, processing, clearing title, and issuing policies.  Stacey enjoys using her extensive industry experience to help clients in numerous areas of the title process.  Stacey loves providing excellent customer assistance and does whatever she can for her clients so they keep coming back.

Valerie Memminger

 

Valerie has been in the mortgage industry for approximately eight years and is involved in processing.  Valerie is dedicated to getting as many loans closed per month as possible and clearing conditions in a timely manner.  She is proud to offer her services to Hudson United’s clients and is always ready to help them with any of their mortgage needs.

Brian Hausman

 

Brian has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, with over 11 of those years being in title insurance.  Working in the mortgage, underwriting, and settlement areas of real estate has enabled Brian to bring a unique insight to every closing.  Brian is known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and making sure the title needs of all his clients are met.

Michael Lee

 

Michael has been involved in mortgage for nearly 30 years.  He has experience within several fields of the industry, including underwriting, operations, sales, and compliance.  Michael works hard to do the best job he can for the company and his clients.  He uses his detail-oriented approach to his work to make sure every task is done as quickly and efficiently as possible, and he sees that his clients receive the assistance they deserve.

Donna Silinsky

Donna has been involved in the title industry for 31 years, and has a primary focus on title examination and abstracts.  She has always enjoyed working in real estate and everything that goes into the process.  Donna loves having the opportunity to use her title skills everyday as she becomes acquainted with new people whom she can assist.

Chris Lavell

Chris Lavell has been involved with the mortgage industry for over 10 years.  He specializes in VA, FHA, and conventional lending, as well as the jumbo-loan market.  Chris works to match his borrowers with a proper loan product, save them money, and complete the loan in a timely and efficient manner so they can move into their house as soon as possible.  His goal is to expand Hudson United’s market share and lending footprint and to take as much stress as possible out of the lending process and keep the borrower and their realtor informed every step of the way.

Barry Barkin

Barry Barkin has worked as a licensed insurance professional for 15 years and a sales manager for three.  He has been at Hudson United Insurance for five years, during which time he became a top salesperson and helped thousands of homebuyers find the right policies for their home acquisitions.  Specializing in personal lines insurance, Barry understands how to provide value to homebuyers and realtors, making their transaction process as smooth and easy as possible.  He’s licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and currently serves Orange County in New York and Northern New Jersey.  Barry lives in Greenwood Lake, New York.
